Bigg Boss OTT Contestant Urfi Javed Hits Back At Trolls For Criticising Her Airport Look; Says, ‘I Have Grown A Thick Skin’

Bigg Boss OTT participant Urfi Javed made headlines on the Internet after she was spotted at the airport in her bold cropped denim jacket that went up to her bust revealing her pink sports bra which she had paired up with blue jeans. Netizens trolled Urfi Javed heavily on the web saying that she wore the outfit for publicity trying to grab the attention of the audience. But, Urfi Javed bravely replied to the criticisms saying, “Agar publicity chahiye hoti, airport me bina kapdon ke jaati”.

While speaking to ETimes Urfi Javed said, “There is so much more to me than my clothes! Why don’t people talk about me as an individual? I have realised that no matter what I post, people will say things. Be it a bikini or a salwar-suit, there are nasty comments always.”

The actress continued, “I have grown up in a conservative family in Lucknow. But even then our clothing was never an issue. Today when I wear outfits which I love, I feel good and don’t care about what people say. I get inspired from various places and then I get then I get my clothes made. Initially I used to wonder whether I was at fault for putting up something but now I don’t feel that way anymore. I have grown a thick skin I think and these things don’t bother me now. Agar publicity chahiye hoti, toh airport me bina kapdon ke jaati. It’s just who I am, and if that creates publicity then good for me.”

Recently, the actress had told IANS, “Yes, I am very upset that I have become the first evicted contestant. I don’t think I deserved it.” On the professional front, Urfi Javed is known for her roles in TV serials like Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania, Meri Durga, Bepannaah and Puncch Beat Season 2.
