Happy B’day Arjun Rampal: From a Hot Model to a Suave Dad, See the Nail Polish Actor’s Evolution Over the Years

Popular Bollywood actor and model Arjun Rampal turns 48 today. Marking his debut in 2001 with Rajiv Rai’s Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat, Rampal has established himself as one of the most popular actors of Hindi cinema today. With his suave personality and charming looks, he immediately stole the limelight and earned a lot of attention from the audience.  That was nearly two decades ago but the model-turned-actor continues to grace the silver screen and OTT platforms as mesmerizingly as ever.

On the occasion of his birthday, here is a trip down memory lane to highlight the evolution of Arjun from a hot model to a suave dad.

1. Arjun started his career in the early 90s  as an upcoming model. He featured in several magazines and was quite popular for his charming looks. Here is a throwback picture of him when he had just begun his career.  In the caption, he reminisced his early days in Mumbai, revealing he was “clueless” of how his life would turn out to be. Well, little did he know that he would receive several national awards including the National Film Award and the Filmfare Award in the future for his work.

2. Here is another throwback of Rampal’s first photoshoot with popular photographer Daboo Ratnani.  This picture is from his modeling days in the 90s. After he established himself as a successful model, he stepped into Bollywood with his debut in 2001. Even though his initial days were met with a few challenges, he continued to work hard and went on to star in over 40 Bollywood movies  that included blockbuster films like Om Shanti Om, Housefull, Ra.one, and Rock On!! for which he won several awards.

3. After he embarked on his Bollywood journey as an actor, the man of many talents produced his first movie I see you in 2006. He also produced the biopic Daddy (2017), for which he also wrote the screenplay. While his career is thriving and he has marked his prominence in the B-town, Rampal has also evolved from being a Bollywood heartthrob to a doting dad to his kids and a loving partner to his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades. The couple has been together for many years and has a baby boy together. Check out this adorable photo of the lovebirds.

4. He is a doting father and loves spending some quality time with his kids. Arjun has two daughters with his ex-wife Mehr and a son with his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades. A lot of his Instagram space is taken up by his kids and we find it absolutely adorable!

5. Arjun indeed is very talented and has already created a buzz on OTT platforms with his role in Zee5’s Final call. He will be next seen in Zee5’s legal thriller Nail Polish. The web series is directed by Bugs Bhargava Krishna and produced by Pradeep Uppoor, Seema Mohapatra, Jahanara Bhargava of Ten Years Younger Productions & Dhirajj Vinodd Kapoor.
