Late Actor Irrfan Khan’s Son Babil Khan Drops Out Of College To Focus On Films

Babil Khan recently took to social media to announce that he will be dropping out of college. He has taken this decision to completely focus on his acting career. 

Late actor Irrfan khan’s son Babil Khan has dropped out of college to completely focus on acting. He is all set to mark his debut with Netflix’s upcoming project Qala. He will be seen alongside actress Tripti Dimri, Swastika Mukherjee, and more. The film will be produced by actress Anushka Sharma and her brother Karnesh’s production house called Clean Slate Films. The film will be helmed by Bulbbul director Anvita Dutt.

As per reports, the young starlet has already signed for another project as well, whose shooting will be commencing soon. Khan recently took to social media to announce that he will be dropping out of college. He has taken this decision to completely focus on his acting career.

He wrote, ‘Film BA, dropping out today, with over 120 credits cause I’m giving it all to acting as of now. Goodbye university of Westminster.’

Babil also mentioned in the caption that he has a tight-knit circle of friends in Mumbai. He thanked them for ‘giving him a home in a strange cold place and made me feel like he belonged.’ He also expressed that he will miss them a lot.

His well-wishers and fans took to the comment section to wish the actor all the best for this new step. ‘Looking forward to watching you crush it 👏 good luck in your next chapter mate’, wrote a well-wisher. Actor Himanshu Soni wrote, ‘Congratulations brother.’

To announce his bit in Qala, Babil posted a few clips from the film along with a lengthy caption. He wrote, ‘From the creators of Bulbbul, Clean Slate Filmz and Anvita Dutt, we bring you #Qala, a Netflix Original film. Qala will be here soon to share her story of her fight for a place in her mother’s heart.’
