You must have come across many designers who make really extraordinary costumes out of various types of fabric. Sometimes, they even try to go with the ‘best out of waste’ theme and come up with interesting outfits using waste materials such as plastic, newspapers, buttons etc. Keeping this theme in mind, a young TikTok influencer has risen to fame for making outfits out of paper. Apeksha Rai aka the ‘paper queen’ has amassed quite a fan following – a whopping number of 60k followers on social media, owing to her creativity and ingenuity.

From shirts and gowns to tops and dresses, Apeksha makes everything from scratch using different types of paper. She sometimes even paints those outfits to decorate them and make them more stylish. While some outfits are made from newspapers, some are made from glossy sheets and chart papers.

Apart from creating her own designs, she also recreates some of the most iconic looks of celebrities using paper.  She has recreated the looks of actress and dancer Nora Fatehi.

The first look she recreated of Nora was her golden bodycon gown look. The second one was Nora’s pink fluffy dress look and the netizens loved both of them. Rai also makes reels wearing her creations that often go viral on social media. She has a lot of fan pages also, on which her content is reshared.
