Salman Khan has filed a defamation case against Kamaal R Khan for which a hearing has been going on in the court. As per reports, while reviewing Salman Khan’s film Radhe, Kamaal R Khan had allegedly made some ‘indecent remarks’ and several ‘baseless allegations’ following which the defamation case was filed by Salman’s legal team. According to reports, the Mumbai court has restrained KRK and his team from commenting on Salman Khan in any way. Apart from this, several other matters were discussed regarding the case. Judge CV Marathe reportedly said during the hearing that respect is the mantra to living life. In fact, it is the purest treasures in the world. As per Marathe, respect is the most ‘valuable perfume’ in life and no one has the right to take that away. No one has the right to pass indecent comments on anyone else.
As per a leading daily, KRK not only made defamatory remarks against Salman Khan, but he also accused his venture ‘being human’ of fraud, manipulation, and money laundering.

Amid their legal battle, actress Rakhi Sawant came forward in support of Salman Khan and reportedly accused KRK of being a liar.
It is no secret that Rakhi Sawant considers Salman Khan as a godfather figure. She reportedly shared that he helped her with her mother’s operation when she was fighting cancer. He has also been a big helping hand in terms of her career and has provided her with financial aid as well.
