Zee5 has released the official trailer of Rashmi Rocket, and it has already created a stir. Scheduled for an OTT release on on Zee5 on October 15, has fans eating out of Taapsee Pannu’s hands even before its release.

Rashmi Rocket is about a village lass who makes it big in the national athletics scene as a sprinter and represents her country.
But Rashmi’s career that was ‘Rocketing’ upward at this point quickly nose dives when her peers suspect her on-the-field physical prowess.
Asked to come in for a gender verification test, Rashmi is literally ‘stripped’ of her dignity in the process, shunted out of the team and even termed a fraud.
A legal battle for the infringement of her human rights that follows to restore her identity and put her life back on the race track, makes up the story.
