Ranbir Kapoor And Nargis Fakhri Starrer Rockstar Clocks 10: Director Imtiaz Ali And AR Rahman Share Special Posts

Ranbir Kapoor makes sure that he is always in the headlines. A few days ago, he and his girlfriend and actress Alia Bhatt made headlines about their rumoured wedding. Even now the actor is in the headlines but the reason is something else. It was ten years ago that a masterpiece was created that starred Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri in the lead role. Yes, you guessed it right, we are talking about the movie Rockstar. The film was directed by Imtiaz Ali and left a never to be erased impression on the audience.

Rockstar has clocked 10 years today and on the special occasion, the crew of the film is celebrating with special posts. The music of Rockstar was composed by the legendary composer AR Rahman. On the 10th anniversary of the musical masterpiece, AR Rahman along with director Imtiaz Ali shared special posts on their respective social media accounts. AR Rahman shared a special creative poster featuring Ranbir’s character Jordan from the film with his guitar. While sharing the tweet AR Rahman wrote, “Rockstar #10YEARSOFROCKSTAR”.

Directer Imtiaz Ali too shared a special creative of Jordan from Rockstar on his Instagram story. Not only this but he also reposted fan posts about Rockstar on his story as he joined them in celebrating 10 years of the film. Fans too began to trend 10 years of Rockstar on Twitter as they celebrated Ranbir’s film and its music. Even after 10 years of its release, many fans praised performances by Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri.

Ranbir Singh won the Best Actor Filmfare Award that year for his performance in the film, Rockstar. The film won many other accolades at Filmfare Awards 10 years back.
