As Rhea Chakraborty continues to be grilled by all the probing agencies, she has meanwhile filed a complaint in Mumbai against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh and Delhi-based doctor Tarun Kumar. The First Investigation Report (FIR) has been lodged against the two for generating a false medical prescription for Sushant, under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. The Jalebi actress’s lawyer has shared this information on her behalf.
Rhea had previously also questioned the Kedarnath actor’s sister for getting a long-distance medical prescription, without having him examined in person. Recently, some WhatsApp chats between Sushant Singh and his sister had surfaced publicly. In the conversation, Priyanka gave him a few names of medicines, believed to be anxiety and depression pills. The film star, already on medication for depression, responded to her saying that no one would give these medicines without a doctor’s approval. She then told him that she would get him an online transcript for the same from the Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital doctor.
Chakraborty, the prime accused in this sensational case has consistently claimed that she walked out from Rajput’s home on 8 June, after which his family was looking at all his medication.
