SSR Case: Bombay High Court Postpones The Hearing Of Rhea Chakraborty’s Bail Application

The NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) which is currently probing the drug angle of Sushant Singh Rajput death case had arrested Rhea Chakraborty and her brother, Showik Chakraborty. Actress Rhea and Showik are currently serving imprisonment at Byculla jail. Both Rhea and Showik had applied for bail whose hearing was suppose to take place today, September 23. However, due to heavy rains and waterlogging in several parts of the city the Bombay High Court Chief Justice has declared a holiday. Rhea’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde confirmed that the hearing shall take place tomorrow.

According to sources, the NCB officials had found several drug related chats in Rhea and Showik’s phone. Other Bollywood celebrities like Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor are also on NCB’s radar after sources alleged that the actresses were part of Sushant’s drug parties.
