The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has intensified its probe into Sushant Singh Rajput death case. His sister Meetu Singh appeared before the CBI at DRDO guest house for the second time. She was grilled by the probe agency for the second consecutive day on Sunday (September 6). Meetu Singh was the first family member to reach Rajput’s house when he was found dead on June 14 in his Bandra apartment. The CBI recorded the her statement. This exercise was part of the CBI team’s investigation in which it has summoned everybody present at Rajput’s house when his body was found in the morning.
On Saturday (September 5), Meetu Singh had accompanied a CBI team to the home of her brother in Mont Blanc apartments, Bandra (west). Also, present were Rajput’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani and personal staffers Keshav Bachne and Neeraj Singh at that time. Besides Meetu Singh, the CBI is in process of recording statements of other aides, business associates and executives of Cornerstone, where the actor’s manager Shruti Modi and Disha Salian worked.
