ZEE Studios brings you an epic comedy-drama Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari that will surely leave you in splits. This satirical film is directed by Abhishek Sharma and stars some of Bollywood’s most notable faces. The poster features the cast of Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari in their candid avatars. The most notable character is that of Manoj Bajpayee who essays the role of Madhu Mangal, a private detective. From the poster, it is clear that Manoj will be donning multiple looks and will disguise himself to spy on the prospective grooms. Fatima Sana Shaikh and Diljit Dosanjh are seen sharing a drink as two lovebirds in the poster. Fatima essays the role of Tulsi Rane, a rebellious young girl burdened by her family to get settled while Diljit portrays the role of Suraj Singh Dhillon. The rest of the cast includes Annu Kapoor, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Vijay Raaz, Seema Pahwa, Neeraj Sood and Manoj Pahwa.

The story is set in Bombay of 1995 and follows the life of a private detective, Madhu Mangal Rane who spies on to-be grooms and gathers all possible information about them. Just like the 90s, the characters have no phones or internet. This spying and chasing gives rise to many comical situations.

Taking to Instagram, Manoj shared a glimpse of the poster of Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari. Fans couldn’t contain their excitement as they bombarded the post with comments and reactions.
