Sushant’s Singh Rajput’s suicide case has taken a new twist after the NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) joined the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and ED (Enforcement Directorate). According to the sources, the NCB is currently investigating the drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. A case has also been registered under Sections 20, 22, 27 and 29 of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act. Further, The NCB has also booked actress and Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty and others.
ED officials have also traced Rhea’s WhatsApp chats which show her connection to ‘usage and dealing of drugs.’ Sources also state that Rhea, Sushant’s flatmate and creative manager, Siddharth Pithani, his house and business managers, accountants, domestic staff, and some more people will be interrogated in upcoming days. With this, the NCB is now the third investigative agency that will probe Sushant’s suicide case apart from the ED and the CBI.
