The Kapil Sharma Show: ‘John Abraham Is My Nutritionist’, Kapil Sharma Quips About His Popularity

In a forthcoming episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar from Satyameva Jayate 2 will accompany Kapil Sharma. Sony Entertainment Television posted a promo on Instagram.

The video starts with John and Kapil doing push-ups against one other. Kiku Sharda dances with Divya. Kapil inquires as to how a person might drop five kg in a month. ‘Do you want to lose weight?’ ‘Poora diet main likh ke dunga aur aap usko theek se follow karoge,’ John says before adding. John states he will put down a diet chart for Kapil Sharma. He will lose some weight if he follows it to the point. Kapil jokes and says John Abraham is his dietitian and asks everyone to look at his stardom. Divya, and Archana Puran Singh get speechless.

In a previous interview with a leading daily, John stated that any physical transformation, whether it is reducing or gaining weight, bulking up or toning up, takes time. One can only picture the devastation that would be done if someone attempted any of these in only two months. He noted that before someone starts working out, they should receive a comprehensive check-up, which should include a metabolic test. Only then do we realise how much we take our bodies for granted, he continued, as he discussed how various body shapes have distinct needs.

On Thursday, John’s new film, Satyameva Jayate 2, was released in theatres. He has three roles in the film, directed by Milan Luthria and featuring Nora Fatehi in a unique song called Kusu Kusu. Satyameva Jayate 2, which is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Emmay Entertainment, will compete at the box office with Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma’s Antim: The Final Truth, which released today. In Milap Zaveri’s Satyameva Jayate 2, John Abraham returns to the silver screen alongside Divya Khosla Kumar. Instead of a Friday release, the filmmakers chose a Thursday release, avoiding a direct conflict with Aayush Sharma and Salman Khan’s Antim: The Final Truth. The movie has received a positive reaction.
