Vaani Kapoor Effortlessly Nails Circuit Training While Sweating It Out Like A Beast; Watch

The stunning figure of Bollywood actors often manages to grab the attention of the audience and fans. Although fans talk about it for a while, these actors work hard for months. Well, the media interactions and films are not enough to give a sneak peek to fans in these BTS efforts. Interestingly, here their verified social media handles come in the picture. While sharing the videos and photos, celebs give major workout goals to many of their fans. And, the most recent one, who joined the bandwagon is Vaani Kapoor.

A couple of days back, the 32-year-old actor took to her Instagram handle and shared a video to give a brief look into her workout regime. The video also featured her gym trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, who was seen helping him to perform a handful of exercises.  As per her workout regime, the actor focused mostly on her glutes, core, abs, back and tricep. After an intense cardio workout, Vaani switched to circuit training workout. This session included bench dips, cable butt blaster, and single-leg squats, among many others, at the gym. Instagramming the video, Vaani Kapoor wrote, “And she lifted happily ever after”. Well, talking about the video, it has bagged more than two-lakh views on Vaani’s Instagram account.

Meanwhile, Kapoor’s fans and friends were quick to respond. They flooded the comments section with fire emoticons while a few dropped bicep emojis. On the other hand, actor Anushka Ranjan praised Vaani Kapoor’s abs. In the comments box, Anushka asked if she could borrow Vaani’s stomach for a day; to which, Vaani agreed and replied that the stomach needs to be fed properly all the time. While a fan proclaimed that Vaani is a “Goddess of Beauty” another added Vaani’s workout regime is “too much for a day”.

On the professional front, Vaani Kapoor marked her debut in the showbiz with the 2013 release Shuddh Desi Romance. She was last seen in Hrithik Roshan-Tiger Shroff starrer War, which released in October 2019. Recently, she wrapped the shoot of her upcoming film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, which will feature Ayushmann Khurrana.
