Amruta intervenes and stops their fast, asking everyone to focus on the festivities. Ishika overhears Rajiv’s aide talking on the phone and asks Priyanka about it. Later, Bhavani gets angry when Babita accuses Vandy of stealing her gift.

Bhavani gives Babita an earful about getting Priyanka to her house and destroying everything. She then lashes out at Amruta which further angers Bhavani. Dildar interferes and stops the argument. Meanwhile, Virat tries to sell his chain to buy a gift for Amruta. On the other hand, Dildar intervenes and reminds her of how Amruta and her family members are helping the Ahujas. At the same time, Shekhar helps Virat sell his chain and buy the earrings he liked for Amruta. Dildar then tells Babita that he did not send any gift for Babita. Later, Bebe lashes out at Dildar and Amruta intervenes. She takes a stand for Dildar. Meanwhile, Ishika discovers Rajiv’s plan of making the water heater blast in Amruta’s house.

Amruta gets happy on seeing Virat come back home. He then gives Amruta the earring as a Karva Chauth gift. She initially hesitates but then lets Virat help her wear them. Meanwhile, Ishika meets Rajiv and warns him against going ahead with his plan. Around the same time, Babita goes into Amruta’s room and turns on the water heater. She luckily leaves the bathroom and later an explosion takes place. Amruta and Virat who were in the room are rendered unconscious. The family panics yet tries everything possible to put out the fire. Meanwhile, Amruta and Virat regain consciousness and snuggle against each other as they try to stay away from the fire.

Firefighters reach the spot on time and save Amruta and Virat before anything bad happens. Later, the family starts wondering how the accident happened. Babita starts blaming the quality of the water heater leading to an argument between her and Vandy. Virat stops them and takes Amruta to conclude her fast and celebrate her first Karwa Chauth. Despite Vandy’s manipulations, Bhavani supports Amruta. Later, Bhavani, Vandy, and Babita unite to respond to Ishika and others as they accuse them. Later, everyone celebrates Karva Chauth together. Amruta also helps Nimrit break her fast which Rajiv spots from a distance.

Virat spots Rajiv hiding and the latter runs away. Virat follows him and notes down the number of his car. Meanwhile, Nimrit gets worried and Amruta pacifies her. Later Virat and Amruta’s families decode the truth behind the gift being the faulty water heater, planted by Rajiv. Babita and Vandy fight once again and Virat leaves the room. Amruta follows her and the couple spends some romantic moments together. Meanwhile, Vandy provokes Bhavani to separate Amruta and Virat after overhearing their conversation. Later, Virat asks Amruta for a special gift for successfully completing his Karwa Chauth fast. Virat indirectly convinces Harsh to let him sleep near Amruta but Vandy doesn’t let him do so. Amruta calls everyone to inform them that Bhavani has gotten a huge food order for Tulsi Puja. The Ahujas step in to help them fulfill the huge order. Although Vandy initially declines the offer, they eventually accept it and everyone gets to work. Meanwhile, Ishka gets to know about this and plans to prevent the order from being completed. Vandy gets on a phone call with someone and seems pretty happy about it. Later, two people from the fire and safety department arrive at Jahaan’s house. Citing the recent water heater blast, they ask Amruta and her family to not use two cylinders to cook as it may be a fire hazard.

Just as the guys from the fire department are about to leave, Vandy spots Ishika in the background talking to Priyanka about ruining Bhavani’s order. She then tries to throw a broom at Ishika which hits the officer and lands the entire family in trouble. They are given strict instructions not to cook any big orders in the house. This leads to another argument between Vandy and Babita. Meanwhile, Rajiv calls Ishika to meet him and demands money from her. Virat regrets being unable to help Amruta. She then asks him to keep the earrings he gifted her as a mortgage to get some money. Virat clearly refuses this idea and thinks of other ways to get teh fund.
