When Atharv's friend reaches near the mistletoe tree to kiss Kalyani, he is shocked to see that the woman is actually Anupriya. Atharv and Sampada come out and make a scene by humiliating Anupriya. The principal gets a shock when Atharv reveals that Anupriya is Kalyani's mother. To add to the humiliation, Sampada says that Anupriya joined college only so that she can flirt with young boys. Afterwards, Anupriya locks herself in her room.
