An inebriated Sunny arrives home. Prataprao asks Rana to consider getting married. Nandita informs Sunny about being insulted. She urges Sunny to ask Prataprao the reason for insulting her. Nandita decides to leave her house as Sunny fails to speak to Prataprao about her humiliation. Rana apologises to Nandita for being the reason for her discomfort. He promises Nandita that she will always be respected in their house. Nandita asks Rana to get the gold chain that Prataprao gave to Anjali.
