Tingya is a 2008 Marathi drama film starring Sharad Goekar, Sunil Deo and Tarannum Pathan. Tingya lives in a village in Maharastra with his poor farmer parents. They own a pair of bulls called Chitangya and Patangya. Tingya forges a bond with Chitangya. Chitangya is injured and will never work.Tingya’s father decides to sell Chitangya and buy a new bull. Tingya tries all he can to save the bull from the butcher where it is to be sold as his father cannot get a loan and is already debt-ridden.
