Kanta wakes Mehek up and reminds her of the important day that lies ahead of her. Mehek gets emotional before Kanta and believes that she now has two mothers in the form of Kanta and Mansi. Later, Mehek leaves for the competition along with the rest of the family and she is not permitted to have any food until the competition. Kanta hopes that Mehek will impress Pammi by getting her to win the competition. She is hopeful that Pammi will finally agree upon marrying her son to Mehek.
