Preeti Sapru was born on 24th December, 1961 in an artist family in Mumbai. Preeti ji married with Architecture upvan Sudarshan Ahluwalia. "Preeti ji's first Hindi film" Habari "and" Sarpanch "was her first Punjabi film. 90s. Preeti ji earned the title of being the first Punjabi woman director with "Kurbani Jatt Ki". She also contributed to the promotion of Punjabi Film subsidy and also to launch Alpha Punjabi Channel. Preeti ji served society and Punjabiyat with her ability right from the beginning.
