Gupte informs the police of Shanaya's drunken and unruly behaviour. Gurunath, who is unaware of the situation, is shocked upon seeing Pradnya at his doorstep. Pradnya orders the constables to take Shanaya to the police station. Further, Gurunath fails in convincing her to forgive Shanaya's mistake. Thereafter, Radhika apologises on Shanaya's behalf, and Pradnya lets her off with a warning. Later, Isha convinces Shanaya to ask Gurunath to sell the house.
