After Jagadamba wakes up, Mathur asks her to rest until he brings a doctor. Mathur stumbles upon Padma, who speaks ill about Jagadamba and him to Kumari. He tells Kumari about Jagadamba's situation. Later, the doctor finds that Jagadamba is anaemic which concerns Rani and the others. Afterwards, Nayeb tells Mathur that Krishnodhon, the Nayeb of Golapur, saw Abhay among the unknown people who came to Golapur. Mathur plans to leave immediately, but Rani stops him due to Jagadamba's condition.
