Mohan tells Mau that every person expresses love differently. Later, while playing with the kids, Mau calls Pintu's mother by her name which offends her. She complains about it to Mohan and Shobha. Mohan explains to Mau how calling an elder person by name shows disrespect towards them, and that she should use other alternatives for the purpose. Mau does so, but the criticism she receives puts her in a dilemma. She expresses it to Mohan, who then advises her to revert to her old form of greeting.
