Salman Khan is returning to cinemas this year with an Eid release, Radhe. The film will be directed by Prabhudeva and will also star Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, and Jackie Shroff. Salman Khan does not fail to rule the box office collections with his films, especially the ones that he releases on Eid. With the release of the Radhe trailer, the film is all set to be the next addition to that list. Let us recall his past festive releases and their total box office collections that Salman Khan’s Radhe will have to beat.

Wanted
Also directed by Prabhudeva, Wanted, starring Salman Khan, Ayesha Takia, Prakash Raj, and Mahesh Manjrekar was released in 2009. The film marked the beginning of Salman Khan’s Eid releases and its box office collection crossed Rs 100 crores, globally.
Dabangg
Directed by Abhinav Kashyap, Dabangg was released just next year in 2010. Also starring Sonakshi Sinha, Sonu Sood, and Vinod Khanna, the film’s box office collections saw double the number of Wanted’s collections, as they collected a total of Rs 220 crore.
Bodyguard
Bodyguard, starring Salman Khan and Kareen Kapoor was released in 2011 and was directed by Siddique Ismail. This film also managed to cross Rs 200 crore at the box office, and its global collections amounted to over Rs 250 crore.

Ek Tha Tiger
Ek Tha Tiger, directed by Kabir Khan, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, marked a new milestone for box office collections, as this 2012 Eid release of Salman Khan crossed Rs 300 crores at the global box office. Its overall collections were over Rs 334 crores.
Kick
In 2014, Salman Khan’s heist film, Kick, rocked the cinemas and box office. Also starring Jacqueline Fernandes, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Randeep Hooda, Kick earned over Rs 388 crores at the box office, globally.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan
This Kabir Khan directorial of 2015, also starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Kareena Kapoor, saw the highest figures at the box office. The film broke all records and earned over Rs 969 crores, globally.

Sultan
This wrestling drama starring Salman Khan, Amit Sadh, and Anushka Sharma, also managed to achieve big at the box office, in 2016. Sultan earned over Rs 614 crores, globally.
Tubelight
This Kabir Khan directorial of 2017 did not perform very well at the box office, but it still crossed Rs 200 crores. Also starring Sohail Khan, Zhu Zhu, and Matin Rey Tangu, the film earned Rs 211 crores.
Race 3
Directed by Remo D’souza, and starring Salman Khan with Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandes, and Bobby Deol, Race 3 crossed Rs 300 crores at the box office. The 2018 film earned over Rs 305 crores, worldwide.
Bharat
From the director of Sultan, Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat, which released in 2019, also crossed Rs 300 crores in its box office collections. Starring Salman Khan, Sunil Grover, Katrina Kaif, and Disha Patani, the film earned Rs 325 crores, worldwide.
Radhe is scheduled to hit the screens on Eid last year but had to be pushed owing to coronavirus pandemic. The makers are hopeful that they will get to release their film this year, despite a surge in the number of cases in India. The film is an official remake of the South Korean film, Outlaws.
