Akshay Kumar Spends 1 Crore To Build A School In Kashmir

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar who is currently working on several exciting projects also takes time to visit the men on the borders. Just last month, the actor visited BSF (Border Security Force) jawaans and shared pictures from his day out with them. Now, BSF has announced that Akshay Kumar has been a driving force in the making of a school in Kashmir! The actor reportedly spent one crore on a school project and it will be named after his late father, Hari Om Bhatia.
The building will be built on the grounds of a government school and the new block will be called ‘Shri Hari Om Bhatia Education Block.’ Earlier this week, BSF officials along with Akshay Kumar, who was present on a video call, laid the foundation stone for the project. Akshay Kumar has made no comments or tweets on the same, but he did remember the slain soldiers on Kargil Vijay Diwas earlier this week. He will be seen in upcoming films like Sooryanvanshi, Ram Setu, Bell Bottom among others. Earlier this month, the actor was seen promoting his newest music video, Filhaal 2 along with Kriti Sanon’s sister, Nupur Sanon. Other than work, Akshay Kumar has been cheering on for many new films of other actors and sharing posters of several projects. He has also been supporting Team India at the Tokyo 2020 on his Twitter!
