Aryan Khan Drug Case: Sam D’Souza Marks his Statement; Asserts Of A Pay-Off Deal With Aryan’s Innocence – DEETS INSIDE

Because of the Aryan Khan drug case, Shah Rukh Khan and his family have been through a lot. The celebrity kid was given bail, but the case is still moving forward. The drugs on cruise case involving Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan brought Sam D’Souza’s identity to attention. According to the reports, the Mumbai Police’s Special Investigation Team is currently looking into the situation after NCB was charged of Rs. 25 crore payoff agreement.

On October 3, NCB detained Aryan Khan, who was eventually granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28, 2021.
After Aryan Khan’s arrest by NCB in October, witness Prabhakar Sail said he overheard NCB testimony K P Gosavi discussing a telephone conversation about a Rs 25 crore pay-off arrangement with Sam D’Souza. As a result, the Special Investigation Team launched an investigation into NCB officials for ransom. According to a police officer, D’Souza and his lawyer Pankaj Jadhav appeared at SIT’s office at 12.45 p.m. on October 15, 2021, to deliver his statement. NCB’s surveillance team also verified that his statement was recorded.

However, according to other reports, Sam mentioned that he was ignorant of the purported 25-crore deal. He was also just asked to set up a meeting between K P Gosavi and Pooja Dadlani, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager. Furthermore, Gosavi approached him via Sunil Patil, a power broker through his contacts, the day before the raid on the ship.

Following this assertion, the former pretended to be an NCB officer and saved Prabhakar Sail’s phone number as NCB Zonal Directorate Sameer Wankhede’s contact number when arranging a meet between Gosavi and Dadlani. Sunil Patil, Prabhakar Sail, and Gosavi were all accused of forgery, with Gosavi allegedly collecting Rs. 50 lakh from the actor’s manager.

Also, in pre-arrest bail, Sam D’Souza revealed that Gosavi had collected Rs. 50 lakh from SRK’s management to get Aryan Khan out of jail. Following that, after the superstar’s son was detained by NCB, the money was returned. Gosavi also told D’Souza that Shah Rukh Khan’s Aryan was clean because no drug was found on him.
