After Phulpakhru, Hruta Durgule To Be Seen In ZEE5’s Strawberry Shake

Marathi industry’s gorgeous light-eyed diva Hruta Durgule mesmerised viewers with her amazing performance in Zee Yuva’s romantic drama Phulpakhru. The actress played the character of Vaidehi, a daughter of a renowned industrialist. She leads her life independently and chases her dreams like a free bird. While doing so, she falls in love with Manas (Yashoman Apte). After going through many ups and downs in their relationship, the lovely couple gets married and lives happily ever after. The show ended last year and post it, fans have desired to see Hruta on-screen once again. Lo and behold, your wish is about to get fulfilled!

Hruta will be seen in a short film named Strawberry Shake, which will also feature Sumit Raghvan. It will be premiering exclusively on ZEE5 on April 15. The story of the film revolves around a father-daughter duo where Hruta plays Mrunmayee, who is raised by a single father who urges her to treat him like a friend. The young girl follows her father’s instructions and one fine day, she brings home her boyfriend. Her father sees the situation backfiring at him and it will be interesting to see how he deals with his daughter’s boyfriend.
