Aishwarya Rai Couldn’t Understand Abhishek Bachchan’s Accent On Their First Meet Because Of THIS Reason

Abhishek Bachchan, the well-known Bob Biswas actor, revealed that when he initially met Aishwarya Rai, she couldn’t understand what he was saying owing to his heavy accent. This was before they married in 2007, and before Abhishek Bachchan made his breakthrough in 2000. In another interview, Abhishek Bachchan spoke on how he was instructed to hunt for a place in Switzerland for his father because he had gone to school there.

He recalls how he had just returned from college when they first met. He was working as a production lad for Amitabh Bachchan on Mrityudaata and was dispatched to Switzerland to select suitable locations. Bobby Deol was also filming Aur Pyar Ho Gaya. They were in the same area as him and invited him to supper. That was Aishwarya Rai’s debut Hindi film, and it was also the first time she and Abhishek Bachchan interacted.

He goes on to say that whenever Aishwarya Rai mentions it, she jokes that she couldn’t understand a word he was saying since he was a youngster from an international boarding school who then moved to Boston for further studies, and he had a thick accent at the time that she couldn’t comprehend.

Abhishek Bachchan goes on to say that his father, Amitabh Bachchan, advised him to study Hindi before embarking on his acting career in Bollywood. Abhishek Bachchan went to India to help his father amid a financially challenging moment for the family. He stated that his father is the type of guy who values family support, and this was a moment when he required it.
