Aryan Khan Arrest Case: No Bail For Shah Rukh Khan’s Son As Judge Reserves Order On Bail Till October 20; Star Kid To Remain In Jail For A Week

Aryan Khan has been facing legal issues since he was arrested by the NCB officials. He along with a few others was arrested in a drug case on October 3. The bail of Shah Rukh Khan’s son was rejected by the court and he was sent to the Arthur Jail. Aryan Khan’s legal team has approached the session court for a further bail plea of Aryan Khan. In yesterday’s court hearing, the AGS of NCB, Anil Singh opposed the bail plea of Aryan Khan. The hearing of Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s arrest case was pushed on October 14, today.

Judge V V Patil has reserved his order on Aryan Khan’s bail plea in today’s bail hearing at the court. The judge has said he will try to give the order on October 20, after Dussehra. Aryan Khan will stay in jail at least till October 20. It can be said that if the court is free, then again the hearing will take place after the 20th of this month.

NCB had argued in the court that Aryan is indulged in illicit drug trafficking and was also involved in the procuring, and distribution of drugs. The statement of the anti-drugs agency reads as Aryan Khan sourced drugs and was in touch with some persons abroad who appear to be a part of an International Drug Network for illicit procurement of drugs. WhatsApp chats reveal the accused was in touch with a foreign national for a bulk quantity of hard drugs.

Aryan Khan’s lawyer continued to defend his client and claimed that the star kid was not present during the raids. Aryan Khan, through his lawyer, also stressed that they say they are in touch with MEA and others. But these allegations are inherently absurd and false. What is this kind of conversation that the new generation is dealing with? Today’s WhatsApp chats of friends can sound different. These are private moments that are being investigated. Investigation can go ahead but this has nothing to do with illicit behaviour, and Illicit drug trafficking.
