This love story which looks like a simple tale of love and romance was made interesting when Mohit chose to propose Aditi on April Fools Day. She thought it was a prank and didn’t answer him. However, the following day, she said yes to Mohit Malik’s proposal.

Mohit Malik proposed Aditi Shirwaikar on April 1 2010 and the duo got engaged in July 2010 in a private ceremony. Both the actor tied the knot in December 2010 but this was not the happy ending as their wedding day witnessed a big drama. Mohit turned up two hours late for his pheras. However, later, he finally managed to take Aditi home as his beloved wife.
