After noticing Chris and Selena’s Captain America star was following the pop artist earlier this month, fans speculated that they might be dating or hanging together. Furthermore, a Selena Gomez fan account claimed that “Chris Evans and Selena Gomez were observed leaving the same restaurant,” citing alleged photographic evidence.

Those rumours were disproved previously, with reports claiming that the photo of their secret rendezvous was taken in November 2017 outside a Pilates studio in Los Angeles. Other photos of the couple exiting a studio existed, but these were also false. In truth, Selena’s photo was taken in 2019, while Chris’ was taken in London last year.

Nonetheless, the hype around Chris and Selena has led some to suspect that the brunette who taped his rainy-day performance is the Only Murders in the Building actress.
