In their forthcoming film, Jersey, Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur will share the stage for the very first time. While audiences are anxiously anticipating their onstage romance in the flick, did you know that policemen were enraged when Shahid romanced Mrunal on a motorcycle during filming?

Shahid, who appeared on Kapil Sharma’s comic talk show recently, stated that policemen were angry with the performers after they filmed a romantic sequence on a motorcycle. Shahid went on to say that in an attempt to appease them, he resorted to filming sequences on the motorcycle with the child in the film, demonstrating that he’s just a father. With this disclosure, Shahid got the audience laughing out loud.

“I am genuinely terrified of acting with children and animals,” Shahid stated when asked about filming with youngsters. Acting with them is really hazardous to him. They do whatever they want, they disrupt your pattern, and you’re half-dead with impatience by the point they offer you a decent shot.”

‘Jersey’ is a Hindi adaptation of the Telugu film of the same title. Nani played the protagonist in the first film. On December 31, 2021, the film was intended to be released in theatres. However, due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in the country and the closure of movie theatres, the film’s distribution has been delayed indefinitely. The new release date is however not announced yet but fans are hoping to watch it soon on the big screen.
