Kundali Bhagya 08 December 2020 Written Update: Preeta gets a box of ‘laddus’ in Mahira’s room

In the previous episode of Kundali Bhagya, at night, Preeta misses Raghuveer and worries about Sarla’s arrest. Karan sees her crying and takes her to the Sarla house. Meanwhile, Sherlyn lashes out at Mahira for being reckless. She explains how Mahira could have gotten jailed for trying to poison Preeta. As time passes, Mahira begins to understand Sherlyn’s explanations. Karan drops Preeta in Sarla’s locality and keeps trying to hint Preeta that he wants her to return home soon. An impateient Mahira phones Ramona for guidance. Ramona advises Mahira to maintain her friendship with Sherlyn as she is important for their plans. Ramona tells Mahira to stay calm and wait for the new plan. At the Sarla house, Preeta, Srishti and Janki shed tears worrying about the next morning. Sarla pacifies them and tells Srishti to stay strong. Sarla tells Preeta that she is aware of Preeta’s fear about Sarla’s expected arrest. She tells Preeta and Srishti not to worry. Sarla tells Preeta to first have the sweet dish made by her. While Janki goes to the kitchen to get it for her, Srishti keeps watching Preeta and Sarla’s sweet moment.

In the latest episode of Kundali Bhagya, at the Sarla house, Preeta and Srishti praise Sarla for preparing the sweet dish for her. They cuddle into Sarla’s arms, while Sarla fears that it is her last night with them. Preeta calms Sarla and tells her that she will never let her go away. Sarla tells Preeta to look after Srishti when she is gone. The next morning, Rakhi enters Karan’s room and asks about Preeta. Karan teases Rakhi by saying that she has stopped being concerned about him. Rakhi sits near him and they have a small conversation discussing her love for him and Preeta. He tells Rakhi about dropping Preeta at the Sarla house last night. Rakhi praises Preeta for handling the family and every relationship responsibly. Meanwhile, Janki arrives in Sarla’s room and gets emotional on seeing Sarla with Srishti and Preeta. Janki insists to eat Sarla’s ‘Sargi Ke Laddus’ and prove that it did not have any poison. Preeta and Srishti stop Janki fearing that it may have rotten due to some wrong or expired ingredient. During their argument, the jar of ‘laddus’ fall down on the floor. Preeta goes down to collect it and notices that the ‘laddus’ she had eaten were different.

After Preeta’s revelation, they all discuss each fact one after another. Sarla confidently claims that the ‘laddus’ Preeta had eaten were brought by Ramona. Sarla feels at peace to learn that her ‘laddus’ did not have any poison. Srishti and Preeta learn about Sherlyn, Ramona and Mahira’s plan. Preeta recollects how Mahira and Sherlyn tried to distract her by making false claims. Preeta decides to go the Luthra house and look for evidence to prove that Ramona, Sherlyn and Mahira deliberately replaced the ‘laddus’ for their evil plan. Preeta tells Srishti to be ready and wait for her call. Preeta goes to the Luthra house and enters Mahira’s room. Mahira, in the bathroom, senses someone’s presence in the room. She assumes that Sherlyn has come and often calls her from inside. Preeta quickly checks the room and leaves before Mahira comes out. However, she comes to the room again after noticing a box of sweets. Preeta open the box and recollects eating the same ‘laddus’ during ‘Karva Chauth’. Meanwhile, Mahira keeps asking for a towel to come out. Preeta applies something on a towel and gives it to Mahira. She feels that this is just a baby step towards teaching Mahira a lesson for harassing Sarla.
