As she stepped out of her car and walked forward to wave to the cameras, the fitness enthusiast kept her hair in a high bun and donned a basic surgical mask to maintain the covid protocols.  Malaika accessorized her super casual attire with a little creamy white sling purse and a pair of chunky white sneakers.
