Akhilesh and Ira’s love story is everyone’s favorite as the fans like to call them Akhira. Recently on the show, a new character makes entry and brings about an interesting twist. Mishri tells Ira and Akhilesh that she wants to come with them to the hospital to see how they work. Mishri tells Ira that she will explore the hospital herself. While passing near a patient, a lady holds Mishri’s hand and the latter gets panicked.

Akhilesh and Ira come to save Mishri from the lady, but she says that Mishri is her daughter. Just then, the patient’s husband comes there and tells Akhilesh and Ira that his wife is mentally unstable as she is in a shock after their daughter died.

At home, Devina messages Pushpa from an unknown number and tells her that she is BP. Pushpa believes her and starts replying to her messages. Devina then comes home disguised as a man and says that BP’s soul has entered his body.

Akhilesh and Ira feel bad for Sharda and her husband, and they decide to do her treatment free of cost. Meanwhile, Ira asks another nurse to take Mishri to her cabin because she is in a state of shock.

Sharda’s husband, Gupta, tells his wife that her condition will help him become rich. He says that he will now claim money from the insurance company. He then goes to Ira and asks her for her signatures on the insurance papers. The latter trusts him and does the signature without checking the amount.

Akhilesh gets a call from the insurance company asking if they did any operation that was charged 5 lakh rupees. The latter then asks the same question to Ira, but even she is unaware of any such operation. Akhilesh then realizes that there’s someone doing fraud, so he asks the receptionist to check the records.

Before anyone could know about the fraud, Gupta is about to run away from the hospital. Just then, Gupta bumps into Mishri and this helps Akhilesh in catching him. Akhilesh calls the police and asks them to arrest Gupta for committing fraud.

Akhilesh feels that Sharda shouldn’t be held responsible for whatever happened as she is not to be blamed for it. Mishri suggests that they can take Sharda home till the time she gets back to normal. Akhilesh and Ira approve this idea and take Sharda home.

Mishri takes efforts to make Sharda feel comfortable. Later when none of them are in the room, Sharda calls the police station and talks to her husband, Gupta. He orders her to get him out of jail as soon as possible. At night, Sharda goes to Devina’s bedroom and locks her inside to take revenge.
