Poison 2: Pooja Chopra Reveals Useful Beauty And Fitness Tips During Lockdown

Pooja Chopra will be seen playing the role of a police officer in Poison 2. This popular revenge thriller on ZEE5 has some extremely fit and glamourous actors in the cast including Vin Rana, Raai Laxmi, Zain Imam, Rahul Dev and Aftab Shivdasani. The series promises to be a potboiler with a number of unpredictable twists and turns.

In an exclusive interview with Pooja Chopra, she spoke about her role in the upcoming series and shooting during the lockdown. The Miss India World 2009, also shared some of her unconventional beauty secrets and fitness tips to help you during the lockdown.

Her most important beauty tips included “One most important thing, is to eat healthy and stay happy from within. When you are sulking or negative it shows on your face. This is the most important beauty secret.” She added “I believe less is more. When I go out for a movie with friends or something I don’t wear make-up at all. maybe just a lip balm. The only products I apply on my face is my face wash and moisturizer. Every 10 days I apply regular oats, on my face, not any branded oats scrub or anything. Lastly, be compassionate even in small ways like your neighbour or stray animals like dogs or cats.”

For fitness tips, Pooja mentioned, “Exercise of course and eat healthy again. 70% of fitness is your diet and 30% is your workout. So definitely eat healthy, exercise and try to stay happy.”

She finished off with a positive message, ‘Eating healthy and staying fit are the two things that I do. But I definitely think that all the makeup and everything can make you look better but what you are as a person is a true beauty.”
