Rohit Roy recently provided an update on Prem Chopra and his wife Uma, who were both recently diagnosed with COVID. Roy is linked to Chopra through his brother-in-law, actor Sharman Joshi, who is married to Prerana Chopra. Rohit shared some specifics with a news source, saying that they are both OK and reacting well to the medications. They were admitted to a hospital for medication treatment. He told them that they would heal at home and that there was no need for them to be concerned.
The star, who also lives with his 75-year-old mother, warned that they must be attentive every day. They only need to follow the instructions, social distance conventions, and wear masks, according to the actor.
Roy went on to claim that he is attempting to educate himself on the new variety in order to alert those around him. The actor revealed that he is in contact with a doctor in the United States. He informed him that this would be a different strain of the virus, one that is considerably gentler and non-fatal in comparison to the Delta strain. That is something everyone should have been concerned about. But we handled it admirably. As per the actor, Omicron will spread quickly but would not be lethal.
