Saraswati Puja: Argha, Krishna and other small-screen characters who are in dire need of the right wisdom

Having an understanding of what is right and what is not, is an essential element to one’s personal growth. However, for some people such as Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay‘s Argha and Krishnakoli’s Munni, this understanding ceases to exist. So ahead of Saraswati Puja this year, we truly hope and wish that the goddess blesses them with some much-needed wisdom that puts them on the right path of life.

Argha

Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay‘s Argha seems to be one of the most easily influenced people of all time. While his wife, Payel, plans and plots against the Sen family, Argha simply agrees with her conspiracies and obeys her orders. We hope he sees the reality of the wrong Payel does soon and opens his eyes to his own mistakes committed under her influence too.

Rajanya

Jamuna Dhaki‘s Rajanya, Sangeet’s cousin sister, is no less in her objectives of helping the evil Arya out in breaking apart his marriage with Jamuna. Rajanya is blind to how wrong Arya’s intentions are in marrying Sangeet. Her supportiveness towards it is truly dreadful. While Arya’s lunacy seems to be out of control now, we hope Rajanya realises the absolute ridiculousness of the fire she is fueling by helping Arya.

Munni

Krishnakoli‘s Munni, played by Ananya Guha, knows no limits when it comes to getting things to go her way. Her audacity to cause endless ruin in Krishna’s life due to her mere jealousy about Nikhil was spine-chillingly shocking. Imagine having a sister like Munni, who spikes your drink and much more to bring you utmost shame in front of your own family. Although she is still young and has a long way to go in life, we believe some imparted wisdom would help her be a better human being.

Abola’s sister

Abola Mukherjee’s sister, portrayed by Nondini Chatterjee, in Aparajita Apu is one wicked woman, we must say. From shamelessly demanding dowry from Supu’s family to talking down on every young woman in the family, she is sometimes worse than Abola herself. Walking on the same path as Abola, her sister believes in establishing dominance over whoever she deems to be slightly weaker. Her unkind attitude has hurt Apu, Supu, and many other members of the Mukherjee family. This confirms our belief that she definitely needs serious help in coming to her senses.

Padma

Played by Diya Chakrabarti, Padma, Rani Maa’s eldest daughter in Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni, can never stop running her mouth negatively. In several instances, she is seen holding a very strong and opposing opinion which ends up causing arguments within the family. Her harshness and insensitivity during tough times have hurt her loved ones repeatedly and even comes off as disrespectful. We wish she would realise the importance of togetherness and kindness.
