SSR Case: NCB To Question Shruti Modi And Jaya Saha Today

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) will be questioning Sushant Singh Rajput’s former manager Shruti Modi and his former talent manager Jaya Saha in relation with the narcotics angle that’s being probed in the case of his death. The two were told by the NCB to appear before it on Monday for questioning. They had apparently been summoned earlier as well, but the questioning was postponed on account of an NCB official testing positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty remains in the custody of the NCB in the drugs case, along with a few others, including her brother Showik Chakraborty. The Bollywood actor is also being probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a case of abetment to suicide that has been lodged against her by Sushant’s father. Another investigation of Rhea in the money laundering case, which is being handled by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Sushant was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
