The Wife Trailer Is Giving Us Sleepless Nights! Gurmeet Choudhary’s New House Is Eerie

ZEE5 has been churning out new content in all genres. So far we have seen romance, action, thrillers and now we are about to see a through and through horror film! Written and directed by Sarmad Khan, The Wife has just released its trailer and we cannot keep calm! Starring Gurmeet Choudhary and  Sayani Datta, this film revolves around a young married couple who buy a new house and hope to start a family soon.

It is after they move into the new house, and when Sayani’s character is left alone while her husband goes out for work that she starts noticing some supernatural things happening around her. There are jumpscares everywhere, and no corner is safe for her. Gurmeet’s character seems to not believe his wife and thinks she’s probably seeing things. Until he starts seeing haunted spirits himself! They later bring in a lady who seems to have knowledge about ghosts and haunted houses (much like Rekha from Bhoot).

We see flashbacks of the ghosts and their lives. We think that something related to the ghosts’ lives ended tragically and the film could delve deeper into that. But will the couple be able to battle this ghost? Or will they lose themselves while trying to unfold this mystery?
