TV Heartthrob Parth Samthaan To Make His Bollywood Debut Opposite Alia Bhatt?

Parth Samthaan is popularly known for his role as Manik in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan and Anurag Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. There were several rumours about his Bollywood debut. It was said that he would make his big screen debut with Alia Bhatt in Gangubai Kathiyawadi. The rumours turned out to be fake when the actor confirmed that he will be making his debut with another film.

Parth Samthaan to make his film debut with Alia Bhatt 

Television actor Parth Samthaan has won millions of hearts with his roles. The actor is all set to make his Bollywood debut with Alia Bhatt opposite him. The film is currently under pre-production and will soon go on the floors. According to reports, the film is titled Piharwa. The film is based on Baba Harbhajan Singh who was a martyr of the Sino-Indian war. The film will be directed by Resul Pookutty. Parth is extremely excited to make his film debut. He said that it was a huge opportunity for him as an outsider.

Parth made his screen debut with Gumrah: End of Innocence. He was seen playing the role of Siddharth in the show. He was seen in several shows like Best Friends Forever?, Saavdhaan India, MTV Webbed, Yeh Hai Aashiqui. He got his major breakthrough after his role as Manik Malhotra in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan. He was last seen in Kasautii Zindagii Kay playing Anurag Basu. Parth made his digital debut with Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain 2. He will also be seen in the ZEE5 original series, Me Hero Bol Raha Hu.

Alia Bhatt on the work front 

Alia Bhatt was last seen in Sanjay Dutt’s film Sadak 2 playing Aarya Desai. Her upcoming film Gangubai Kathiyawadi is all set to release on  30th July 2021 in Hindi and Telugu. The actor will be seen playing the lead role in the film. She will also be seen in RRR playing Sita opposite Ram Charan. She will be seen in Brahmāstra opposite beau Ranbir Kapoor. The film will also star Amitabh Bachchan.
