Vidya enters the house and seeks Sindooras blessings but she and her sisters walk away. Raghav pacifies her that its testing times for her and is sure that shell emerge victorious from the crisis. Vidya dreams about Sagar romancing her but she is shaken from her reverie when Sagar asks her to go out of the room because Sindoora had told him that brave boys stay alone. Vidya is shattered. After a while, Sagar opens the door and says that he will let her inside provided she reads him a story before sleep. Vidya hides the truth about her being illiterate by promising to tell Sagar another story. On the other hand, Sindoora and Raghav start arguing, so she says that the conflict can end if he does not bring Vidya to Delhi. Chandra and Mahua too give him an ultimatum to choose between Vidya and them. When Raghav remains silent, Sindoora and her sisters walk away. Raghav has a heart attack. At the same time, Vidya comes down the stairs but Sindoora stops her midway and blames her for her fathers condition. She drags Vidya and locks her in a room. However, once Raghav regains consciousness, he asks for Vidya, much to the ire of Sindoora and her sisters. Cheenu fetches her from the room but Sindoora warns Vidya not to dare move a step ahead!
