Mehek beats up Shaurya, assuming him to be a thief. She realizes that Shaurya wanted to surpise her by bringing back her most cherished memories from the past. As the clock strikes twelve, Mehek's family welcomes the New Year and Mehek expresses her love for Shaurya. Later, Mehek is busy preparing the prasad for the evening prayer. Although Nehal asks her to get ready, Mehek believes that the guests will be here for the prayers and not for her. The prayer meet commences and Shaurya's family is warmly welcomed home.
