Alia Bhatt is a youth icon with over 50 million fans on her social media. From having delivered five back-to-back hits in Bollywood with Raazi, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Dear Zindagi, Udta Punjab, and Highway to living independently in Mumbai, the 27-year-old has come a long way since her Student of the Year debut back in 2012.
What is unique about her independence is that she’s not alone. She has her pets around, who help her to be happy and calm. You can see her cuddling and playing with her cats, Edward and Juniper, at home on her social media. Earlier, she used to have one more cat, Sheeba, who passed away in January this year which made Alia very sad, and she also penned down a note for her late pet.

It looks like Edward is Alia’s most favorite selfie partner out of all her pets. Sharing another picture with him some time back, she wrote that Edward is her muse. Later, she also shared a cute picture of a black cat whom she named Juniper. She wrote that she was happy to be a paparazzi for her cat.
When Juniper had joined their family in July, Alia wrote that Juniper’s entry inside the house made a girl’s trio with Alia, her sister Shaheen and Juniper. Alia mentioned Juniper as her baby who has skills in biting, selfie-taking, and being adorable.
While Alia has cats as pets, her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor is a dog lover. During the beginning of the coronavirus lockdown, Alia had reportedly moved in with Ranbir. Sharing a picture with one of his pets, she said that they make everything better.
