Deepika Padukone Indulges Into A Fun Banter With Paparazzi; Her Comment To A Pap Will Leave You In Splits

Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh always make headlines when they step out in the city. On Saturday evening, the duo along with badminton star, PV Sindhu was spotted outside a restaurant. Deepika Padukone looked gorgeous as she opted for a white top along with a pair of black trousers. Whereas, PV Sindhu looked elegant in a white bodycon dress. Bollywood star Ranveer Singh flaunted his floral printed white shirt which teamed up with a pair of ripped jeans.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh accompanied PV Sindhu to her car. The paparazzi were all set to surround the couple and they even requested them to strike a pose together. As Deepika and Ranveer tried to evade the group, the Piku actress stopped when she spotted a stranded slipper lying on the road.

“Aap apna chappal toh le lo ,” she informed the photographers, giggling and pointing at the footwear. She repeated herself a couple of times before the paparazzi told her that they’ll pick it up later. Ranveer Singh also said, “Arre bhai, chappal le lo,” before they got inside their car and left the place.

After their dinner, Ranveer Singh took to his Instagram and shared a selfie of the trio. “Smashing time! @pvsindhu1 @deepikapadukone,” Ranveer captioned the picture. PV Sindhu while commenting on the post, wrote, “@ranveersingh @deepikapadukone lovely spending time with you guys. Looking forward to see you soon.”

PV Sindhu shared the same picture on her account as well and wrote, “The smiles on our faces show what a fun time we had @ranveersingh @deepikapadukone.” Adding more to their dinner, the trio get-together comes weeks after Sindhu won a bronze medal at the recent Tokyo Olympics. For an unversed, she made history by becoming the first Indian woman to win two individual Olympic medals in a row.

PV Sindhu in one of her interviews with a leading daily last year said that she would want Deepika Padukone to play her in her biopic. She had said, “Would definitely want Deepika Padukone to play the character. She had played the game and is a good actor too. But then the makers would take the final decision and I trust their decision.” The film is being produced by Sonu Sood and he will also be seen playing a role in the biopic.
