Ravi Dubey

The Jamai 2.0 actor, on his Instagram, had recently shared pictures of his fitness transformation, which quickly stole his fans’ hearts. About his workout preference, Ravi Dubey said that currently, he prefers the gym but also wants to try yoga, for the numerous benefits it has.

 

Neha Sharma

Neha Sharma, who will soon be seen in Aafat-E-Ishq on ZEE5, said that she too prefers working out in the gym. She mentioned that she also likes meditation and yoga but prefers the gym more because she loves lifting weights.

 

Dheeraj Dhoopar

Dheeraj Dhoopar, who has won many hearts as Karan of Kundali Bhagya, is also a gym lover. He said that he would pick a gym workout over yoga any day.

 

Nia Sharma

The Jamai 2.0 actress revealed that currently she is not working out in the gym or doing yoga. However, she also added that if given a choice, she would opt for functional training

Aamir Ali

Aamir Ali, who was seen as the main antagonist in Naxalbari, said that he believes in being fit for any role that comes his way and he does so by keeping himself busy with gym and sports. When asked if he would ever prefer yoga over those things, he said that he has been wanting to start doing yoga for the mental peace it gives and aims to execute it soon.

 

Sushant Singh

Sushant Singh is also an extremely fit actor, who was last seen portraying the role of a Colonel in the Indian Army, in the show Jeet Ki Zid. About his workout preference, Sushant Singh said that he prefers gym but needs to begin yoga soon because he thinks he’s ageing.

 

Achint Kaur

Well-known for her role as the boss lady DD Patel in Jamai 2.0, Achint Kaur said that she prefers the gym and concentrates on body-weight training and strength training. She said that she also enjoys stretching and focuses on flexibility.

 

Poulomi Das

Poulomi Das, who played Kala in Paurashpur, has a different idea of fitness. She said that she does not prefer either gym or yoga, and mentioned that she keeps herself fit by running and cycling.

 

Arunoday Singh

The Lahore Confidential actor is also known for his fitness. Talking about his preference, Arunoday Singh said that he prefers both, gym and yoga, and does them alternatively.

 

Tinaa Datta

The Naxalbari actress said that she prefers yoga for her fitness, and said that she always starts her day with coffee and yoga.

Namit Das

Namit Das, who will be seen with Neha Sharma in the upcoming ZEE5 Original film Aafat-E-Ishq, also had a different idea of working out. He said that he prefers an outdoor run or a jog to stay fit.

Saumya Tandon
