Freddy: Alaya F Resumes Shooting Of Kartik Aaryan Starrer – Watch Videos
After a short break, Bollywood newbie Alaya F is back on the sets to resume shooting for Freddy
After making her debut with Jawaani Jaaneman, Alaya F has had quite a busy year. Post the COVID-19 restrictions she has finally gone ahead and resumed shooting for her upcoming lineup of projects. The actress was recently shooting for her Ekta Kapoor film in Chandigarh, returning back to Bombay to shoot for her other projects and brand commitments and she has now travelled to Panchgani to continue shooting for Freddy.
Alaya F recently took to her social media handle to announce to fans on her collaboration with Kartik Aaryan for her second Ekta Kapoor film. She also shared a couple of videos of her travelling to the location for the shoot of her next schedule of Freddy.
On the video, she wrote, “Back to #Freddy (sic).” The second video she captioned it as, “Rain and humidity = angry hair (sic).”
A source close to the film shared, “After shooting for a part of the film in Bombay, the actress has now travelled to Panchgani to shoot for the next chunk of the film. The actress has had a very busy schedule and has been shuffling between her film projects as well as brand commitments.”
After an impressive debut with Jawaani Jaaneman, audiences are waiting with bated breath to see Alaya grace the silver screen again. In U-Turn, Alaya will don upon the character of a journalist. U-Turn marks the third film that Alaya has shot for.
Alaya who was last seen in Punit Malhotra’s music video, ‘Aaj Sajeya’, will next be seen in Ekta Kapoor’s remake of U-Turn and in Freddy alongside Kartik Aaryan. The actress also received her first Filmfare Award in the Best Debut category and also featured in her first music video, Aaj Sajeya, opposite Taaha Shah. Talking of U-Turn, it is produced by Cult Movies, which is the new division under Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms.
Talking about the collaboration, Ekta Kapoor shares, “Alaya was fantastic in her debut film. There’s a self-assured yet vulnerable quality to her that I believe can connect with audiences across.
