In the latest episode of Gattimela, Vaijayanti requests Parimala to let Amulya marry Vedanth as she has already donned the bride’s attire. Parimala leaves everyone shocked when she states that she will be taking Amulya home without letting her marry Vedanth.
In the previous episode, we saw Amulya arrive at the wedding dais and she receives a grand welcome just like she had wished. Furthermore, Amulya and Vedanth’s wedding rituals begin. As per the priest’s request, Parimala accompanies Amulya to change her attire and continue with the further rituals. While Amulya gets ready for the rituals, Parimala is unable to stop thinking about the danger and how Amulya’s wedding will affect Aarati.
Amulya is surprised when Parimala locks them in the bride’s room. Furthermore, Parimala gathers courage and asks Amulya to not marry Vedanth as she does not want him as her son-in-law. When there is a delay in Amulya’s arrival, Adya goes to the bride’s room to call her but gets worried when Parimala and Amulya refuse to open the door. Sarthak arrives there and is shocked when he overhears Parimala’s words about the danger Amulya’s wedding poses to the others.
We also saw, Vedanth and the others wonder about the delay and rush to the bride’s room. Everyone is shocked when Parimala refuses to open the door even after Manjunath requests her to do so. Sarthak informs Vikrant about Parimala and Amulya’s conversation and his suspicions regarding Aarati’s strange behaviour for the past few days. This gets Vikrant thinking about how Aarati was worried about a threat to his life. Vikrant and Sarthak talk about Aarati and Parimala’s negative thinking and decide to bring their family priest to the venue to clarify Parimala’s doubts.
