Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut has become the epitome of controversy again and this time, it is on the social media network, Instagram. The incident kicked off when the actor tested positive for COVID-19 and updated her fans on her current health condition and how she has been dealing with it. In the caption, she wrote that COVID-19 is nothing but a type of flu that must not be given unnecessary attention. Within a few hours, the picture was taken off Instagram mainly to stop the spread of false information. The actor’s account had been recently suspended from Twitter, after which, she started regularly posting on Instagram. Kangana’s tweets have often created problems in the past, including FIRs and trolling.

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut recently announced on social media that she has tested positive for COVID-19. However, she stirred up a storm when she mentioned that the virus is nothing serious and it is all in the minds of the people. She was of the stance that it must not be taken seriously and people should simply try and not make a fuss out of it. Kangana Ranaut also wrote that the virus has received way more coverage than it should originally have, and hence we must pay less attention to it now.

This post by Kangana Ranaut was quick to be removed from social media after multiple people reported it over false information. Kangana then went on to put up a story regarding the incident and made fun of Instagram for supporting only one narrative. She also accused Instagram of following the COVID fan club which seemed like a fresh concept to many. Kangana Ranaut also added that she has only been on Instagram for two days but she feels she will be removed very soon.
