Karan Johar is the biggest film makers of Bollywood who’s made his course and impacted many minds in a positive way. Just as every coin has two sides some have been impacted in a negative way as well and has evolved learning from his mistakes. In a recent interview Karan was asked about his mistakes in film-making and shared his vision as a director and the viewers impact and reaction helped him understand the minds of the audience.
Karan shared that he’s a filmmakers who’s had item songs in his film which has lead to objectification due to the same and he apologized for the same because he never thought about it that way. He feels there is an evolution that way and he has projected a song where there is an item song and he feels very responsible towards it and wouldn’t do it again. From a certain point of time in the past couple of years, he’s been very conscious to not have such situations in his films. Sharing a director’s view point he also says that he looks at it like a superhit song and has a glamorous looking girl, looking sexy and stunning. But the moment you put a woman in a space where there are a thousand men looking at her lustingly or lecherously, it’s setting the wrong example.

He also took a jibe at Kabir Singh indirectly as in the movie, Shahid was seen slapping Kiara in a particular scene which was a part of his character and this same affected different people in different ways too.
Karan has also received immense backlash on the same by netizens and netizens have nasty things tk say such as,’What is he going to do about it? nothing’, ‘Kitna Kamina Insan hai’, ‘Oh He’s apologizing, that makes it alright’,’who is speaking about item songs’, ‘he feels sorry for the things he’s going to repeat’
